Grundfos PM Rain
Automatic rainwater controller The Grundfos PM Rain is an interconnect device that allows you to utilise your harvested rainwater for toilet, laundry and garden applications, with the added benefit of mains water backup. The PM Rain can be used in conjunction with the Grundfos JP and JP Rain range of pressure pumps or the submersible Grundfos SB pump, making it the ideal solution for above or below ground tanks. The pump itself is only activated when rainwater is being drawn from the tank. It does not operate when switched to mains. The PM Rain automatically starts when a demand is sensed, for example the flushing of a toilet or filling a washing machine, and will switch over to mains water when your tank is empty or in the case of an electrical failure. Grundfos has incorporated a specially designed valve eliminating the need for an in-tank float drastically decreasing installation time.

NEW Rainsaver MK111E

The NEW Rainsaver MK3E is an electronically operated automatic rainwater / mains water changeover device designed to provide automatic mains back up for Pressure Pump supply systems. The RainsaverMK3E changeover device supplies clean rainwater from a rainwater tank via an automatic pressure system pump to toilets, laundry and garden taps in a household. Mains water is also connected to the RainsaverMK3E as an automatic back up should rain water level be too low, or if there is a power or pump* failure. (*Should there be a pump failure, mains back up is achieved by turning the RainsaverMK3E off at the power point.)
The low voltage float switch supplied prevents the pump from running dry and allows automatic switch over to mains supply should the rain water level in the tank be too low.
